Job Description
Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is offering exciting learnership opportunities within our Manufacturing & Technical department. We are seeking motivated young individuals to join our Packaging Learnership program in various regions. This program provides an excellent platform for candidates to gain practical experience while obtaining a National Certificate in Food and Beverage Packaging (NQF Level 3). The successful candidates will report directly to the Training Controller.
Key Purpose
The learnership aims to develop learners within the food and beverage packaging environment by enhancing their skills, knowledge, and competency. This qualification will facilitate further career mobility and opportunities within the beverage manufacturing and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
As a learner, you will be exposed to:
-Bottling processes and procedures
-Safety and housekeeping standards
-Quality tests and specifications
-Food handling practices

Skills, Experience & Education
Qualifications
- Grade 12 certificate with:
- Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy (minimum 40%)
- Science (minimum 50%)
- Two South African languages (minimum 40%)
- Must not have previously completed the same qualification/learnership at another company or organization
Additional Requirements
-Must be a South African citizen
-Must be an Employment Equity candidate
-Must be unemployed at the time of appointment
-Must be between 18-35 years of age
-Must be willing to commit to the full 12-month learnership program
Learnership Duration & Certification
This learnership runs for a period of 12 months. To qualify for the National Certificate in Food and Beverage Packaging, learners must successfully complete a minimum of 120 credits.
