Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and skilled Buggy Driver to join our team. The primary role is to operate and maintain buggies for guest transportation, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all passengers, whether on the ship or during shore excursions.
Key Responsibilities:
-Safely transport guests to designated locations on the ship and during shore excursions.
-Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any guest inquiries or needs.
-Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of guests and crew members.
-Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the buggies.
-Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate team members.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of luggage and other items as required.
- Uphold a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Valid code 10 driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience.
- Proficiency in operating a manual transmission vehicle.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail and strict adherence to safety protocols.
