Overview:
CSG Resourcing (Pty) Ltd is seeking a responsible and energetic Gig Rig Driver with a Code 14 license to join our team in Rustenburg. The ideal candidate will be involved in promotional activities and retail store visits, ensuring the safe transport of promotional materials and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Promotional Activities: Collaborate with Client Management and the Regional Manager to execute promotional plans. Drive a Toyota LDV with a 1.3-ton trailer, transporting promoters to designated locations.
- Safety: Ensure the safety of the vehicle, occupants, equipment, and branding materials at all times.
- Outlet Calls: Visit retail stores to conduct branding activities and gather information using a mobile app (training provided). This includes visiting stores on non-promotion days to collect data and put up branding materials.
Requirements:
- Licensing: Valid Code 14 driver’s license with a PRDP.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years driving Code 14 vehicles, such as trucks and trailers, with traceable references.
- Record: Clean criminal record.
- Presentation: Neat, presentable, well-mannered, energetic, and friendly.
- Communication: Good communicator, fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Tech Savvy: Proficient with mobile apps and data collection.
- Age & Health: Aged between 25 and 35, in good health.
- Vehicle: Must have a reliable personal vehicle.
- Education: Minimum of a Matric qualification.
- Preferred Experience: Prior experience in retail trade visits and data collection via mobile phone is advantageous.
