Key Responsibilities

-Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting clients in selecting the best products to meet their needs.

-Drive sales growth through proactive customer engagement and upselling.

-Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

-Assist with inventory management and product display to enhance the customer experience.

-Manage product categories and conduct weekly stock counts.

-Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed store sales targets.

-Accurately process customer transactions and provide effective after-sales support.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • High attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Familiarity with CTM’s product offerings is an advantage.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Educational Qualification: Minimum Diploma in Sales and Marketing or an equivalent qualification.
