Key Responsibilities
- Capture data from primary records into approved tools and systems.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality of data.
- Reconcile data with source documents.
- Submit weekly and monthly data reports.
- Maintain registers and statistics as required.
- Perform data backups regularly.
- Provide support with ad hoc administrative tasks when necessary.
Minimum Requirements
- Senior Certificate / National Certificate (Vocational).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy (knowledge of Health Data Capturing Systems will be an added advantage).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
