Overview
Delivery Associates (DA) is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Delivery Leader (Senior Consultant) to support public sector transformation efforts in Lesotho and across Southern Africa. This role involves working closely with government agencies, foundations, and development partners to enhance service delivery through data-driven decision-making, strategic problem-solving, and policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Implementation
-Develop delivery plans with clear targets, strategies, and action plans for government agencies and ministries.
-Monitor implementation progress and establish accountability mechanisms.
-Support continuous improvement, problem-solving, and learning within projects.
Data Analysis and Visualization
-Collect, analyze, and present data-driven insights to support high-level decision-making.
-Utilize advanced data modeling techniques to identify trends and forecast outcomes.
-Design visual dashboards, reports, and presentations for various stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement and Capacity Building
-Facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance government capacity.
-Collaborate with leaders to strengthen policy implementation and service delivery.
-Support coalition-building by aligning diverse stakeholders around shared priorities.
Policy and Program Support
-Navigate complexity in public sector transformation and development initiatives.
-Conduct research and case studies to inform best practices.
-Assist in evaluating project impact and scalability for broader policy adoption.
Required Skills and Experience

Minimum Qualifications
–Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in public policy, economics, governance, or a related field.
–At least 3-4 years of experience in government, consulting, public policy, or project management.
-Demonstrated experience in data-driven decision-making, stakeholder management, and capacity building.
–Business-level proficiency in English.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other data analysis tools.
-Must be based in Lesotho or willing to relocate.
