Job Overview

A. Brilliant Star Diamonds Botswana (PTY) LTD, an established diamond cutting and polishing factory in Gaborone, is looking for three experienced Diamond Polishers to join our team. We seek highly skilled professionals with a strong passion for the diamond industry and a commitment to maintaining uncompromising standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

-Polish diamonds according to prescribed standards and specifications.

-Meet production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.

-Train and advise junior polishers to enhance team efficiency and performance.

-Maintain accuracy and precision in polishing to achieve flawless results.

-Ensure compliance with industry standards and company quality control processes.

Key Requirements

-High school qualification.

–8 to 15 years of experience in diamond polishing.

-Ability to train and mentor junior polishers.

-Strong understanding of diamond cutting and polishing techniques.

-Commitment to meeting production deadlines and quality standards.
