Overview
Universal Health Information Consultants is calling on passionate, tech-savvy individuals to become Digital Ambassadors and play a pivotal role in empowering communities across Lesotho. This initiative focuses on bridging the digital divide by providing basic digital skills training and promoting digital literacy, especially among youth, women, and marginalized groups.
Key Responsibilities
-Deliver hands-on digital skills training sessions tailored to local communities.
-Promote digital literacy through outreach activities and awareness campaigns.
-Act as a community liaison for the project team—facilitating communication, feedback, and collaboration.
-Track participants’ learning progress and report on training outcomes and challenges.
-Contribute to the impact measurement of the digital transformation initiative.
Minimum Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or certificate in:
- Information Technology
- Computer Science
- Information Systems
- or any related field
Experience:
- Demonstrated experience delivering digital skills or IT-related training to diverse audiences.
Language:
- Fluency in Sesotho and English is essential.
Residency:
- Applicants must be residents of one of the following districts:
- Butha-Buthe
- Berea
- Mafeteng
- Mohale’s Hoek
- Qacha’s Nek
- Thaba-Tseka
- Mokhotlong
