Position Overview

The Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) will be responsible for identifying and enrolling new agents, conducting sales campaigns, and ensuring that all transactions and activities comply with banking policies and regulatory guidelines. This role is commission-based and ideal for individuals with strong sales and networking skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new Agency Banking Agents.
  • Conduct sales campaigns and activations to promote Agency Banking.
  • Enroll agents for Online Banking and meet set sales targets.
  • Train agents on transaction execution and compliance with banking regulations.
  • Monitor agent performance and provide first-line support.
  • Maintain strong relationships with agents and customers to drive continued usage.
  • Conduct presentations and marketing efforts to attract potential agents.
  • Verify customer documents and conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
  • Identify and report fraudulent activities or suspicious transactions.
  • Assist customers with transaction-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of agent onboarding and sales performance.
  • Provide regular market trend and customer feedback reports to the bank.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education:
    • Diploma in a Business-related field or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum two (2) years of sales experience, preferably in a banking environment.
    • Prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role will be an added advantage.
