Reports To: Admin Manager at Riders for Health
Overview:
Riders for Health is a non-profit organisation dedicated to supporting the health sector through reliable and cost-effective transport logistics. The organisation is seeking two qualified Drivers to support nationwide operations from the central office in Maseru. The successful candidates will play a key role in ensuring that authorised personnel and critical medical supplies reach rural and hard-to-access communities.
Key Responsibilities:
-Transport authorised personnel and designated commodities as instructed by management
-Maintain and update log books, mileage and fuel consumption records
-Keep vehicles clean and in excellent working condition at all times
-Ensure vehicles are assessed and serviced at required intervals
-Report monthly to the M&E Officer, Admin Manager, and Operations Manager
-Monitor and record vehicle usage using provided log sheets
Requirements and Qualifications:
-Valid Code B driverβs license with at least 5 years of driving experience
-Minimum of a COSC school certificate
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Willingness to travel and work in remote areas
-Prior experience working with NGOs will be an added advantage
