Job Title: Time and Attendance Clerk – Protection Services

Overview
Dwarsrivier Chrome Mine (Pty) Ltd, a subsidiary of Assore Limited, is a world-class Chrome Ore producer located in the Limpopo Province, approximately 60 kilometers from Lydenburg and 40 kilometers from Burgersfort. We are a values-driven organization that cares deeply for our employees. We are currently seeking a diligent and organized Time and Attendance Clerk to join our Protection Services division. The successful candidate will report to the Protection Services Superintendent or a designated nominee.
Responsibilities
-Accurately capture time and attendance data using electronic systems to ensure data availability for management.
-Facilitate the shift clearance process to ensure smooth employee attendance tracking.
-Capture contractor access information and issue access cards in a timely manner.
-Maintain accurate access management records and report any discrepancies.
-Perform general administrative tasks, including maintaining relevant forms and documents, filing, and records management.
-Provide requested documents efficiently when required.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
- Grade 12 (Standard 10) Certificate.
- Certificate in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Registered with PSIRA (Grade C).
Experience
- Minimum of 6 months of practical experience in Time and Attendance management.
- Additional 6 months of general administrative experience is advantageous.
