Job Overview:
EH Construction is seeking an experienced Grader Operator to operate and manage grading activities for the 50MW Mmadinare Solar Cluster Phase 2 project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate graders to level surfaces for construction activities.
- Conduct pre-start checks and routine maintenance.
- Follow operational and safety guidelines.
- Ensure equipment is clean and functional.
- Document daily activities accurately.
Requirements:
- Junior Certificate or equivalent.
- Certification from Madirelo Training & Testing Centre.
- Class H (Special Type) License.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in grader operations.
- Knowledge of safety and equipment manuals.
- Must pass pre-employment screenings, including medical tests and drug tests.
