Responsibilities
- Participate in structured, institutionalized learning combined with practical, on-the-job training to develop the skills required for a Plant Operator role.
- Engage in relevant tasks under supervision to enhance technical and operational expertise.
- Follow the guidelines and training plans provided by the company to ensure full understanding of operational procedures.
Minimum Requirements
