Overview:
Magaya Investments is seeking a highly experienced and reliable Extra Heavy Duty Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods across borders while ensuring compliance with all road regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
-Operate extra heavy-duty trucks safely and efficiently
-Transport goods across borders while adhering to all customs and transport regulations
-Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle roadworthiness
-Maintain accurate records of deliveries, fuel usage, and mileage
-Adhere to all safety and traffic regulations
-Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery schedules
Requirements & Skills:
–Minimum 10 years of experience as an extra heavy-duty driver
-Extensive cross-border driving experience
-Valid extra heavy-duty driver’s license
-Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and cross-border procedures
-Ability to work independently and manage long-distance travel
-Good communication and problem-solving skills
