Job Overview

Maoto Mabedi Farm is seeking 10 experienced Farm Workers to join our team. We are looking for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in integrated farming, who are hardworking, reliable, and knowledgeable about modern farming techniques.

Key Responsibilities

-Perform daily farm duties, including planting, harvesting, irrigation, and fertilization.

-Assist with livestock management, feeding, and care.

-Operate and maintain farm equipment and tools.

-Monitor and maintain crop and soil health.

-Ensure compliance with farm safety and hygiene protocols.

-Carry out general farm maintenance, including fencing and irrigation system repairs.

Key Requirements

-Minimum of 3 years of experience in integrated farming.

-Knowledge of both crop production and livestock farming.

-Ability to operate basic farm machinery and tools.

-Physically fit and able to perform manual labor in outdoor conditions.

-Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team.
