Overview:
Foschini, a renowned fashion-forward brand under TFG, is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Fashion Consultant (108hr) to join the team at its Galo Centre store in Francistown. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic retail environment, be target-driven, and have a flair for fashion and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
-Act as a brand ambassador and provide exceptional guest experiences.
-Exceed customer expectations by offering tailored fashion solutions.
-Monitor and drive personal sales performance against set targets.
-Stay informed on the latest fashion trends, product ranges, and promotions.
-Seek opportunities for upselling and expanding customer base.
-Assist in stock replenishment and maintain attractive visual merchandising.
-Execute customer service strategies and handle queries professionally.
-Contribute to store risk management and loss prevention practices.
-Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve performance goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education (BGCSE)

-Target-driven with a strong desire to achieve results
-Hands-on, energetic, and proactive work ethic
-Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment
-Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays

-Organised, reliable, and results-focused
-Previous retail or management experience will be an added advantage
