Overview:
Join Federal Express Corporation AMEA as a Courier (Code 08 Driver). We are seeking a full-time, regular employee to join our team. This position requires 45 scheduled weekly hours and involves on-road operations, dispatch, and customer service duties.
Responsibilities:
- Execute operational processes at station and hub locations, including ramp and sort operations.
- Perform courier and dispatch operations, ensuring timely and safe completion.
- Handle pick-up and delivery tasks for both domestic and international shipments.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the pick-up and delivery process.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Requirements:
- Grade 10.
- Valid Code 8 Driver’s License.
- Excellent interpersonal and team-working abilities.
- Proficient problem-solving skills.
