This role is pivotal in enhancing the customer experience and maintaining the overall store environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Adhere to all cash handling procedures.
- Assist with stock-takes and inventory management.
- Build and maintain excellent customer relationships.
- Provide warm and sincere contact with all customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in line with professional performance standards.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and proficiency in till operations.
- Accurately and efficiently process cash and card transactions.
- Ensure attractive presentation of items while maintaining high standards.
- Follow loss prevention guidelines and support stock-take activities.
- Comply with all cash management policies to ensure accountability of company funds.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Matric (Grade 12)
