Responsibilities:

-Provide excellent customer service and ensure a welcoming environment in-store.

-Assist customers with product inquiries and offer knowledgeable advice.

-Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and fully stocked.

-Assist with pricing, organizing, and maintaining store cleanliness.

-Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.

-Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets.

-Manage stock and inventory to ensure product availability.

-Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.

-Support the store team during busy periods, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements:

-Grade 12 or equivalent.

-Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous.

-Strong communication skills and ability to engage with customers.

-Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

-Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about fashion and retail.

-Ability to work well in a team and independently.

-Excellent time management and organizational skills.

-Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
