Overview
F&G Botswana (Pty) Ltd., a manufacturing company based at Plot 44005 Dumela Industrial, Francistown, is seeking a dedicated and professional Company Staff Transit Driver to join its team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe and reliable transportation for company staff while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
-Safely transport company staff to and from designated locations, ensuring punctuality and adherence to schedules.
-Comply with all traffic laws and company transportation policies.
-Conduct routine vehicle checks, report maintenance issues, and ensure vehicle roadworthiness.
-Maintain vehicle cleanliness by regularly washing and keeping it in good condition.
-Assist in airport pick-up and drop-off services as required.
-Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism when interacting with staff and guests.
Requirements & Skills
-Valid PrDP (P – Passengers) License.
-Minimum 3 years of experience driving buses or similar vehicles.
-Clean driving record with a strong knowledge of traffic regulations.
-Candidates with business etiquette and reception training will have an advantage.
-Willingness to travel to Gaborone or overseas, including long-distance driving experience.
-Experience in airport pick-up and drop-off services.
-Highly hygienic, punctual, responsible, and professional.
-Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset.
