About the Role:
As a Call Centre Agent specializing in Long-Term Insurance, you will be at the forefront of customer interaction. Your role involves efficiently handling incoming and outgoing calls, electronic communications, and queries following standard operating procedures. This ensures that customer needs are met while aligning with our business objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
Are you someone with experience in a call centre environment, specifically in Long-Term Insurance customer service? Have you successfully assisted clients via email or telephone, understanding and implementing clear instructions to amend existing policies? Do you have a background in retentions?
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 1-3 years of experience in a long-term insurance call center environment
- Matric certificate or equivalent qualification/certificate
- Experience in insurance call centre operations
- Exceptional telephonic and communication skills
