Overview
FNB is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Gaborone Cash Center as a Bulk Teller. In this role, you will process customer transactions efficiently and accurately while adhering to organizational standards and values. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer service, cost management, and compliance, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the team.
Key Responsibilities
–Transaction Processing: Accurately and efficiently process bulk customer transactions following established procedures.
–Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service by resolving customer queries or complaints promptly and ensuring first-time resolution.
–Cost Awareness: Identify potential risks and wastage, and propose process improvements to enhance cost efficiency.
–Risk Management: Escalate identified risks and comply with governance and compliance standards.
–Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements in internal processes to elevate service levels and customer satisfaction.
–Performance Reporting: Provide timely reports on operational activities, performance, and audit findings to support decision-making.
–Team Collaboration: Foster teamwork by valuing diversity, sharing knowledge, and working inclusively towards team goals.
–Personal Development: Create and maintain a personal development plan, identifying gaps and addressing them with learning opportunities.
