Job Overview

First National Bank (FNB) is seeking a highly analytical and customer-focused Client Portfolio Analyst to join our team in Maun. This role supports the Client Portfolio Executive in managing and administering client portfolios, ensuring quality risk management of credit facilities, and delivering exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities

-Support the Client Portfolio Executive by managing client portfolios, including credit facility approvals and ongoing risk management.

-Deliver exceptional client service through education, offering tailored solutions, and building long-term relationships.

-Monitor process turnaround times and quality standards, resolving issues promptly to enhance service delivery.

-Cultivate productive working relationships with stakeholders, including end-users, SMEs, project managers, and senior staff.

-Maintain expert knowledge of legislative amendments, industry best practices, and internal compliance procedures.

-Plan, administer, and complete assigned activities efficiently and effectively within agreed timelines.

-Ensure strict compliance with business systems and procedures.

-Develop documentation such as templates, guidelines, FAQs, and processes to standardize operations.

-Conduct business performance analysis and identify opportunities for improvement and reengineering initiatives.

-Provide accurate and reliable business intelligence to improve decision-making by analyzing trends and data.

-Accumulate and review work progress information to support reporting and decision-making.

-Develop and review personal development plans with the team leader or manager to enhance skills and performance.


Requirements

  • Experience:
    • Previous experience in credit risk management, portfolio analysis, or related roles is an advantage.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools.
    • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Attributes:

  • Education:
