Job Overview

First National Bank (FNB) is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales and Service Consultant to join our team in Kanye. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences by offering tailored product solutions and guiding customers to the appropriate service channels. Key Responsibilities

-Deliver an outstanding customer experience by understanding and addressing customer needs and expectations.

-Provide helpful product solutions and guide customers to the correct channels, including eChannels and self-service options.

-Maintain ethical conduct and comply with the Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles in all customer interactions.

-Identify opportunities to sell or cross-sell products that align with customer needs.

-Promote channel optimization by encouraging the use of digital and self-service channels.

-Support cost-containment initiatives by delivering efficient and effective service.

-Adhere to internal procedures, processes, and risk management guidelines.

-Ensure every transaction meets the benchmark for quality and enhances the customer experience.


Requirements

  • Experience:
    • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related roles is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in digital platforms and eChannels is advantageous.
    • Ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Attributes:
    • Customer-centric and ethical approach to service.
    • Team-oriented with a proactive attitude.
    • Adaptable to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Education:
    • A relevant qualification in business, sales, or a related field is advantageous.
