Overview
FNB is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Teller at our Kanye branch. This role involves delivering exceptional service by efficiently processing client transactions and ensuring compliance with our procedures and standards. Key Responsibilities
–Client Service: Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service while treating customers with the utmost respect and empathy.
–Transaction Processing: Ensure transactions are processed efficiently and accurately, minimizing financial discrepancies.
–Service Quality: Maintain branch service standards using the Service Quality Balanced Scorecard.
–Account Migration: Drive the transition of customers to self-service and digital channels.
–Compliance: Adhere to all procedures, processes, and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles.
–Efficiency Management: Monitor teller efficiencies, including transaction numbers and financial discrepancies.
–Customer Engagement: Foster relationships by understanding customer needs and offering suitable products or solutions.
–Ethical Conduct: Uphold ethical standards and take ownership of solving customer queries promptly.
–Cost Management: Identify opportunities to optimize cost savings and improve cash migration processes.
–Team Contribution: Support team objectives and adapt to changing customer and business needs.
Requirements
-Proven customer service skills with a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
-Strong numerical and attention-to-detail capabilities to minimize financial discrepancies.
-Knowledge of digital banking products and self-service channels is advantageous.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating accountability and a proactive mindset.
