Job Title: Picker (Night Shift)

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Picker to join our warehouse team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role involves participating in various warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and scanning orders to ensure optimal quality for our stores. This position requires working different shifts, including Sundays and public holidays, to support both trading and non-trading hours.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pick-up according to schedule (pick, pack, wrap, label).
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
- Report any discrepancies in orders or inventory.
- Communicate and cooperate effectively with supervisors and co-workers.
- Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
- Adhere to quality service standards and comply with all procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Handle heavy lifting and move products as needed.
- Use a scanner to track and record inventory movements.
- Build and maintain product knowledge for accurate picking and packing.
- Work efficiently, especially during peak periods.
Requirements:
- Ability to work night shifts and flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to report discrepancies.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Physical stamina and ability to handle heavy lifting.
- Familiarity with inventory management and order tracking systems is a plus.
