Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
-Act as an ambassador for the Foschini brand, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
-Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to exceed guest expectations.
-Actively track and report sales performance against targets.
-Sell a diverse product range while staying updated on the latest trends and technology.
-Seek new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
-Assist with stock replenishment and maintain high standards of visual merchandising.
-Ensure the store is consistently ready and welcoming for guests.
Requirements and Skills:
Educational Qualifications:
- Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education (BGCSE) or equivalent.
Experience:
- At least 1 year of retail sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in customer service or a sales-driven environment will be an added advantage.
Skills and Competencies:
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Fluency in both English and Setswana is highly desirable.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
-Customer-focused approach with the ability to build positive relationships.
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
-Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
-High level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism.
