Overview
Franschhoek Wine Tram, a renowned tourism company, is seeking a dedicated and professional Bus Driver to join our team. We are looking for a vibrant and safety-conscious individual with a passion for driving. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of passengers within the Franschhoek area. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires availability on weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities
-Safely operate a passenger vehicle to transport guests to various locations in and around Franschhoek.
-Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the vehicle at all times.
-Ensure the safety of passengers, staff, and the public while operating the vehicle.
-Actively contribute to the team’s efforts to provide excellent service to our guests.
Requirements
- Must reside in the Franschhoek, Paarl, or Stellenbosch area.
- Possess a clean accident and criminal record.
- Knowledge of vehicle care and maintenance.
- Hold a valid Code 10/14 driver’s license with a Professional Driving Permit (PDP).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional driver.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience driving passenger vehicles is essential.
