Job Summary:
We are seeking a SHEQ Assistant to support our Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) management systems. The role will assist with ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and internal policies, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement in SHEQ performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and monitoring of SHEQ systems and processes.
- Assist in audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
- Document and maintain SHEQ-related data and reports.
- Participate in incident investigations and help identify corrective and preventative actions.
- Promote awareness of SHEQ issues and foster a safety-first culture.

Requirements:
- National Diploma in Safety Management, Environmental Management, or a related field.

Job Summary:
The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our mining services, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality control. This role plays a crucial part in achieving production goals while adhering to company and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Position: Engineering Foreman

Job Summary:
The Engineering Foreman is tasked with the maintenance and repair of all machinery and equipment in the Processing Plant. This role ensures operational efficiency and compliance with safety standards while managing a team of engineering personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance and repair activities for all plant machinery.
- Ensure all equipment is in safe working condition and adheres to operational standards.
- Plan and execute preventative maintenance schedules.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
- Oversee a team of fitters, electricians, and technicians, providing leadership and technical guidance.
- Maintain records of repairs, maintenance, and safety inspections.
Requirements:
- Trade Test Certificate (Mechanical/Electrical) or relevant qualification.
- 5-7 years’ experience in maintenance within a processing or mining plant.
- Proven leadership experience in managing maintenance teams.
- Strong technical knowledge of processing plant machinery.
- Ability to work under pressure and in compliance with safety regulations.
