Job Overview
Gadget Boss, located in Roodepoort, Gauteng, is seeking a full-time Driver/Buyer. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and procuring products from various local suppliers. This role requires a reliable individual with excellent communication skills and a strong background in procurement.
Responsibilities
-Drive company vehicles to transport goods and supplies.
-Purchase products from various local suppliers.
-Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
-Maintain accurate records of purchases and deliveries.
-Communicate effectively with suppliers and company staff.
-Adhere to all safety and traffic regulations.
-Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks.
Requirements
-Valid Code C1/10 driver’s license with a Professional Driving Permit (PDP).
-High School matric certificate.
-Minimum of 2 years driving experience.
-Trustworthy and reliable with a clear criminal and credit record.
-Physically fit to handle loading and unloading tasks.
-Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
-Previous experience in procurement or purchasing is essential.
-Preference will be given to candidates residing in the Roodepoort area.
