Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator – Logistics to join our Group Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing data related to train movements and coordinating with various stakeholders, including customers, third-party sales, Transnet, and GOSA operations.

Key Responsibilities:

-Capture data for inland and export rail sales for the debtors and finance departments.

-Record actual road sales tonnage and external road deliveries.

-Process rail intents and distribute train schedules.

-Manage third-party sales and trains in SAP.

-Prepare and process various required reports.

-Perform store reservations and general office administration tasks.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 (Matric) is required.
  • Studying towards a relevant tertiary qualification will be an advantage.
  • A valid Code EB (08) driver’s license is required.

Minimum Experience:

  • Proficiency in MS Office is essential.
  • Knowledge of Transnet documentation and basic stock/material management is advantageous.
  • SAP experience is beneficial.
  • Prior experience with Transnet operations is advantageous.
