Overview
@Home, a leading homeware and furniture brand within the TFG portfolio, is looking for a passionate Furniture Consultant to join our Gaborone store. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional guest experiences, exceeding sales targets, and staying on top of the latest trends in home décor. Key Responsibilities
-Represent our brand as an ambassador, offering an exceptional guest experience.
-Exceed guest expectations by identifying their needs and providing the best possible product solutions.
-Track and manage sales performance against targets to drive success.
-Sell a diverse range of furniture and homeware products while staying updated on current trends and technologies.
-Identify new business opportunities to drive sales and expand our customer base.
-Assist in replenishing stock and visual merchandising to ensure the store is well-prepared for guests.
-Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and meeting customer demands.
Qualifications
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification (required).
- No Experience required.

- Experience in managing sales processes and driving turnover.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to manage risks and ensure profitability.
