Position Overview:
Homeland College invites applications for the position of Registrar who will also serve as Deputy Principal. The successful candidate will play a vital role in overseeing the college’s administration, academic programs, and strategic initiatives while ensuring compliance with accreditation standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of the institution’s strategies, policies, and academic programs.
  • Provide leadership and coordinate secretarial services for the institution’s main committees.
  • Ensure compliance with tertiary education accreditation standards and governance structures.
  • Manage student services and enhance the overall academic experience.
  • Oversee the institution’s administration and operations at a senior level.
  • Leverage ICT tools for efficient reporting and academic writing.
  • Represent the institution in public relations and protocol matters.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • BOA accreditation as an assessor and moderator.
  • Master’s degree in Commerce or Education.
  • At least 10 years of administration experience in tertiary education institutions, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of the tertiary education landscape, accreditation standards, and student services.
  • Practical experience with ICT, report writing, and academic documentation.
  • Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of public relations and protocol.
