Position: Resident Engineer – Roads

Overview:
HSNV Group is seeking an experienced Resident Engineer specializing in Roads to oversee the planning, design, and execution of road construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge in road construction techniques and materials, ensuring adherence to relevant engineering standards and regulations.
Responsibilities:
-Supervise and manage road construction projects from inception to completion.
-Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulations.
-Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams.
-Review and approve design plans, materials, and construction methodologies.
-Coordinate with stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and government agencies.
-Monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
Requirements and Skills:
-BSc/B. Eng Degree in Civil Engineering or Highway Engineering.
-Postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
-Registered with ERB as a Professional Engineer.
-Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in supervising road projects.
-Strong knowledge of road construction techniques, materials, and processes.
-Familiarity with relevant civil engineering specifications, standards, regulations, and codes of practice.
