Overview
Continam Industrial Services, located in Waltloo, Pretoria East, is seeking a dedicated and disciplined Utility Driver to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a professional with experience in both driving and equipment operation, as well as strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities
-Safely operate vehicles and equipment, including Bobcats and excavators, following company and safety regulations.
-Lead and manage a team to ensure proper adherence to the contract scope and the successful execution of all tasks.
-Support site and project managers with decision-making processes and ensure high-quality job performance.
-Problem-solve in real-time, ensuring any on-site challenges are addressed efficiently.
-Collaborate with team members to ensure productivity and safety.
Requirements
- Driver’s License: Valid Code 10 license and PDP (Professional Driving Permit).
- Equipment License: Valid Bobcat/Excavator license with a minimum of 2 years of operational experience.
- Safety Training: Proven safety training is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the cleaning industry or plant operations.
- Computer Skills: Must be proficient with basic computer applications.
- Competencies: Strong analytical, decision-making, and team management skills.
