As part of a network comprising over 30 physical and online stores across Africa, we specialize in providing expert advice, Apple Authorized Repairs, Business and Education services, comprehensive training, and technical support for the entire Apple product range.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to iStore customers, resolving technical issues and software concerns.
- Offer troubleshooting assistance, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
- Conduct training sessions for customers on product usage and technical aspects.
- Deliver exceptional, professional-quality customer support services.
Requirements:
- Matric qualification and IT certification (minimum A+/N+).
- Prior experience in Helpdesk/1st Line Support roles.
