1. Finance Officer

Overview

The Finance Officer will oversee financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, compliance with regulations, and effective budget management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage budgets, financial plans, and forecasts
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting
  • Process payments, invoices, and manage financial transactions
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for decision-making
  • Assist with audits and prepare financial reports
  • Monitor cash flow and financial risks

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Professional certification (CPA, ACCA) is an advantage
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

2. Communication Officer

Overview

The Communication Officer will develop and implement communication strategies to enhance the organization’s visibility and engagement.

  • Coordinate media relations and public engagement

3. Alumni Engagement Officer

Overview

The Alumni Engagement Officer will build and maintain strong relationships with alumni, creating programs that foster community and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement alumni engagement strategies
  • Plan and coordinate alumni events and networking programs
  • Maintain an up-to-date alumni database
  • Develop newsletters and social media updates
  • Strengthen alumni relationships with the organization

Requirements and Skills:

4. Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Manager

The M&E Manager will design and manage evaluation frameworks to assess program effectiveness and impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee M&E frameworks and methodologies
  • Conduct program evaluations, surveys, and data analysis
  • Ensure accurate reporting on program outcomes

5. Programme Director

The Programme Director will lead and oversee the organization’s programs, ensuring they align with strategic goals.
