General Requirements (Role Dependent)

• Clerical & Sales Roles:
  • Matric
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience
  • Computer literacy
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
• Technical & Engineering Roles (e.g., Fitter, Technician, Millwright):
  • Trade-tested qualifications (N3/N6)
  • Minimum 3–5 years post-trade experience in FMCG or production environments
  • Mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic fault-finding skills
  • Knowledge of SCADA/PLC systems and maintenance software
• Drivers:
  • Valid Code 14 driver’s license
  • Long-distance driving experience
  • Road safety compliance and vehicle maintenance knowledge
• Specialist & Management Roles:
  • Relevant Tertiary Qualification (e.g. Marketing, Business, Engineering)
  • Minimum 8–10 years of leadership experience (for senior roles)
  • Proven ability in strategic planning, innovation, stakeholder management, and portfolio leadership
