Job Purpose

To deliver service excellence at the point of sale, assist customers professionally, and support store operations through merchandising, housekeeping, and promoting Clicks’ value offerings.

Key Responsibilities

-Execute all POS activities efficiently and accurately.

-Scan merchandise and process payments with zero errors.

-Promote and process ClubCard sign-ups and rewards.

-Assist customers with product queries, store navigation, and promotions.

-Maintain store merchandising and housekeeping standards.

-Support Clicks’ vision of being the leading health & beauty retailer.

-Stay updated on products, promotions, and store events.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) – Essential
• Maths 50% and English 50% at Matric level – Advantageous
• Experience in a retail/FMCG customer-facing role – Advantageous
• Willing to work retail hours, weekends & public holidays
