Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with opening mobile betting accounts and address betting-related queries.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly mobile sales targets.
- Drive mobile activations and sign-ups by explaining product benefits and demonstrating usage.
- Promote Hollywoodbets mobile brand and services at outlets, events, and promotions.
- Ensure customers submit valid FICA documentation and use their sign-up bonus to place bets.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a professional image.
- Keep accurate daily records of sales activities and report progress to management.
- Manage and safeguard mobile equipment responsibly.
- Participate in required training sessions, including Moodle, bet strike, voice note training, and Trainers on Wheels.
- Travel between branches and retail stores as operational needs require.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements and Skills:
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric or equivalent qualification.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred (Bonus) Skills:
- Previous experience as a promoter or similar sales role.
- Knowledge of mobile betting platforms and various betting markets.
- Understanding of TUV (top-up voucher) systems and related processes.
