Overview:
Expand People Security Services is hiring 62 Security Guards to join its growing team across various regions in Botswana. We are looking for vigilant, physically fit, and dedicated individuals who are passionate about ensuring safety and security for people, property, and premises. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced guards and entry-level candidates looking to grow in the field of security.
Key Responsibilities:
-Patrol and monitor premises to maintain a safe and secure environment
-Control access points and prevent unauthorized entry
-Monitor surveillance equipment (CCTV, alarms, etc.) and report suspicious activity
-Respond promptly to emergencies including fire, theft, or medical incidents
-Enforce site-specific rules, policies, and security protocols
-Complete incident reports and maintain daily activity logs
-Deliver excellent customer service and manage inquiries from the public or staff
Requirements:
-BGCSE/IGCSE
-Minimum 2 years of experience in security or a related field (entry-level candidates may apply)
-Physically fit with the ability to stand and walk for extended periods
-Good communication, alertness, and observational skills
-Knowledge of emergency procedures and security protocol
-Willingness to work shifts (day/night/weekends/holidays)
-Very punctual and disciplined
