Introduction:

Clicks Group is currently seeking a professional and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Executive for Clicks Retailers SA. This full-time, on-site position is based at the Clicks Head Office in Woodstock, Cape Town.


Purpose of the Role:

To ensure the effective functioning of the Managing Executive’s office by coordinating all administrative duties, managing communication with stakeholders, and delivering high-quality support in a professional and confidential manner.


Key Responsibilities:

-Manage the Managing Executive’s diary and calendar efficiently

-Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

-Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for business trips

-Handle professional communication and correspondence

-Maintain confidentiality and safekeeping of sensitive documents

-Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

-Coordinate and minute meetings, with follow-up on agreed actions

-Compile and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual executive reports

-Perform general office administration tasks to support senior executives

-Provide excellent internal and external customer service


Minimum Requirements:

Education:

  • Matric / Grade 12 (Essential)
  • Diploma in Administration or a relevant qualification (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of secretarial or personal assistant experience supporting an Executive Manager
  • Proven experience in office administration and managing personal/executive arrangements
  • Valid driver’s license (Essential)

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of SAP and online travel bookings is advantageous
  • Professional, discreet, and customer-focused
