Overview

Seriti is offering an exciting Boilermaker Learnership opportunity at Khutala Colliery. This role aims to develop and qualify successful candidates as skilled Artisans in the mining sector.

Requirements

• Grade 12 with Mathematics (not Mathematical Literacy) and Science, minimum E symbol.
• OR Minimum N2 Certificate with the following subjects:
  • Mathematics
  • Engineering Science
  • Plating and Structural Steel Drawing
  • Plater Trade Theory
• Minimum 40% pass mark in subjects (no F symbols accepted).
• Willingness to work shifts, standby, and call-outs.
• Ability to identify faults independently.
• Must be able to pass a Certificate of Fitness and a psychometric assessment.
• No criminal record.
• Proof of residence in Khutala Host Communities required.
