Pedros, a leading restaurant brand in South Africa, is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Head Office team as Call Centre Agents. Based in Newlands East, KwaZulu-Natal, this role is perfect for entry-level candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.

As a Call Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them place orders, resolve queries, and enhance their overall experience with the Pedros brand.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls from customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide accurate information about the restaurant’s menu, services, and policies.
  • Take and process orders for delivery or collection, ensuring accuracy in customer preferences and special instructions.
  • Assist customers with changes to existing orders and coordinate with stores for updates.
  • Identify and act on opportunities to upsell additional menu items or services.
  • Ensure all interactions maintain Pedros’ standard of service and customer satisfaction.

Requirements and Skills

  • A Matric certificate is essential.
  • Must be computer literate with good typing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Previous experience in a call centre environment or handling inbound calls is required.
  • Strong phone etiquette and the ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
