Based in Newlands East, KwaZulu-Natal, this role is perfect for entry-level candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
As a Call Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them place orders, resolve queries, and enhance their overall experience with the Pedros brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls from customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide accurate information about the restaurant’s menu, services, and policies.
- Take and process orders for delivery or collection, ensuring accuracy in customer preferences and special instructions.
- Assist customers with changes to existing orders and coordinate with stores for updates.
- Identify and act on opportunities to upsell additional menu items or services.
- Ensure all interactions maintain Pedros’ standard of service and customer satisfaction.
Requirements and Skills
- A Matric certificate is essential.
- Must be computer literate with good typing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Previous experience in a call centre environment or handling inbound calls is required.
- Strong phone etiquette and the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
