Financial Assessor Role

What You’ll Do:

• Initial Evaluations: Collect data from individuals in need of financial aid.
• Client Education: Offer concise evaluations of the client’s financial status and impart knowledge regarding our proposed resolutions.
• Client Engagement: Serve as the initial point of contact for clients throughout their debt management journey, showcasing our brand.
• Tech-Savvy: Establish connections with clients and advance them to the subsequent phase of our process by utilizing systems.

The necessary criteria are:

• A Bachelor of Science or National Diploma.
• Capable with computers.
• Proficient in communication.
• Driven to advance within the Financial Consulting organization.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is highly desirable.
• Abilities in problem-solving.
• Sophisticated user of Microsoft Office.
• Capability for both autonomous and collaborative work.
