1) Senior Sous Chef — Onrus Manor (Hermanus)

Type: Full-time · Dept: Restaurant & Catering

Type: Temp · Dept: Housekeeping
Role focus: Run linen room operations; hygiene & functionality; issue & route linen carts; manage soiled/clean flows & special treatments; coordinate service providers; condemn torn linen; inspect quality; weekly stock takes & par levels; reconcile invoices; daily productivity reports; process improvements.
