Overview

The Inkomati-Usuthu Catchment Management Agency (IUCMA) invites unemployed graduates to apply for the 2025–2026 Graduate Internship Programme. This 24-month initiative aims to provide workplace experience aligned with the candidate’s field of study, while contributing to water resource management in South Africa.

Successful interns will receive a monthly stipend and gain hands-on experience across various disciplines essential to water catchment governance and support functions.

Selection Criteria

• Applicants must be South African citizens, aged 35 years or younger.
• Must be unemployed and have not participated in an internship programme before (in public or private sector).
• Must possess a relevant National Diploma or Degree as listed above.
