Key Skills & Knowledge:
-General clerical duties and SAP system knowledge
-Understanding of Public Service legislation
-Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
-Good time management, ethics, accountability, and communication skills
-Customer service orientation
Duties:
-Provide clerical support to the Director and Directorate officials
-Manage incoming/outgoing registers and filing systems
-Respond to queries and coordinate document flow
-Process procurement requests via SAP
-Manage office supplies (toners, stationery, IT equipment)
-Liaise with stakeholders regarding goods/services

Duties:
-Manage switchboard: handle calls and direct to relevant departments
-Maintain filing and registry systems
-Take messages and distribute appropriately
-Welcome and assist guests and visitors
-Update internal telephone directories and maintain important contact lists
-Operate fax machine and handle telephone fault reporting
-Monitor telephone usage through Telephone Management System
