Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting health products, supplements, and natural remedies.
- Provide accurate product recommendations and information based on customer needs.
- Manage sales transactions, including POS system operation and cash handling.
- Restock shelves, maintain inventory levels, and keep the store clean and organized.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to better assist customers.
Requirements:
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with strong customer service skills.
- Interest in health and wellness products is advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Prior retail experience is an advantage but not essential.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
