Key Responsibilities

-Lead and oversee the tax consulting section, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

-Provide expert guidance on Botswana tax legislation and compliance requirements.

-Manage, mentor, and inspire a diverse team across Botswana.

-Develop and implement strategies to drive significant growth in the tax practice.

-Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention.

-Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations to maintain compliance and competitiveness.

Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of Botswana tax legislation.
  • Proven experience in managing and mentoring diverse teams.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Professional qualifications in tax or accounting (preferred).
